The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) has been retained by the University of Virginia Health Community Division (UVACH) to conduct a national executive search for Interim Director - Total Rewards.

Director - Total Rewards - Reporting to the UVACH Chief Human Resources Officer, this role manages a team that leads benefits, compensation and HRIS. This leadership role requires outstanding project management, analytical, design and delivery skills, with a penchant for achieving cost and market competitive outcomes. LTG has already completed an interim engagement for this position while the national search for talent is underway.
