The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) has been retained by the Lexington Medical Center (LMC) to conduct a national executive search for the position of Vice President, Quality & Operations.

The VP of Quality & Operations will sustain a culture of continuous quality improvement throughout the LMC system. This position is accountable for the coordination of quality programs at the enterprise level to ensure execution of LMC’s Quality Strategic plan. The role directly synthesizes and leads the organization’s strategic planning quality efforts.  The position provides strategic decision-making, leadership, planning, and prioritization to meet business and quality/compliance objectives.
