LTG Announces Executive Search Completion - NVOA Executive Director, Practice Operations

The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) is pleased to announce that Amy Rohrbaugh will join Northern Virginia Ophthalmology Association (NVOA) as the Executive Director, Practice Operations, effective April 2025.

Amy was previously the Business Operations Manager at Congressional Plastic Surgery/Cedar Lane Surgery Center in Vienna, VA, where she had been employed since 2020. 

Amy completed her undergraduate degree in Health Services at James Madison University.
